About the role (flexible working with 2/3 days in office and 2/3 days WFH)

Develop and sustain Talent Management Initiatives :

- Conceptualizing and designing all talent interventions for the organization which will include executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs etc.

- Create frameworks for building & enhancing people manager capabilities that can foster a high-performance and high-engagement culture

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions as appropriate

Manage, support and assess organizations developmental needs :

- Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet organizational development (OD) needs

- Working on OD interventions with the aim of making the organization more effective

- Support the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent

- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.

Process Control :

- Defining processes for Talent Management and Succession Planning and ensuring that a succession pipeline creation is in process as the company grows

- Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing organization processes to enhance people productivity

- Work cross-functionally across teams to effect department-wide performance improvement with internal stakeholders by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and programs that enhance the end to end employee experience

- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to senior leadership
