KPI:
- Responsible for the Talent Review - Identifying HiPOTs, IDP and succession Planning.
- Plan & Execute the Succession Planning and Talent Identification process.
- Understand Business challenges and partner with Leaders to address business challenges on productivity, talent identification, people matters & initiatives
- Delivering Informative Trainings on Career Conversations and Organization Culture.
- Development of 30-60- 90-days integration plan for new hires.
- Formulate Management Development program & Leadership Development Program
- Support the People Managers and participants on readiness for various Leadership Programmes
- Build a culture of Values and Performance
