Role Title: Manager/Sr Manager (Talent Management)
Reports to: Head Capability, Rewards & Culture Responsibilities:
Our client is technology driven ecommerce client.
Role:
- Define the Talent Management Philosophy and Framework in line with organizational goals
- Define processes for identification and segmentation of talent
- Design development & engagement interventions for different talent segments
- Define leadership development, people manager framework, design programs for upgrading people manager and leadership capabilities
- Develop competency & career frameworks, facilitate assessments and design programs to bridge gaps
- Design interventions towards enhancing organization culture and becoming a Great Place to Work
- Communicate and create pull towards programs, build a culture of self-learning and development
- Identify and implement suitable technology solutions to support the above
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience as a Talent Management/OD consultant or COE
- Adept at designing frameworks & processes from scratch basis organizational needs
- Ability to create buy in for interventions amongst HR and Business Leadership
- Mindset towards scalability, sustainability and cost consciousness
