Working on a Manager/ Sr.Manager Talent Management role with a BFSI client to be based in Gurgaon.
The role holder will have the overall responsibility to manage & implement the talent management processes as per the defined guidelines.
The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with the HR Business Partner team and Business Leaders to build a strong talent pool within the organization.
Ensure consistent execution of Talent Management across the Company in line with the India business strategies and global processes and build business ownership for it.
Drive the talent agenda for the business and create a sustainable succession pipeline for different levels in the organisation.
Work closely with HRBP teams and business heads to implement strategies for attracting, developing and retaining talent
Work closely with HRBPs and other functions to complete the annual rating exercise in OPP
Provide necessary support to employees to update different profiles in OPP
Provide necessary support to business heads to update the Talent details of their respective team in OPP
Implement the India Talent Review process in the organization to identify - successor- and - talent- populations.
Collaborate with business leaders to coach leaders and employees identified as - successor- and - talent- on suitable development actions linked to strengths, areas of opportunity and career aspirations.
Partner with business leaders to identify functional and technical competencies, in conjunction with the global & regional initiatives on the same.
Looking for MBA HR with overall 8 yrs experience with about 3 - 4 yrs into Talent Management role.
