Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering - for a boutique investment banking company
- The primary purpose of this role is to support the end-to-end Talent acquisition and employee life cycle activities.
- You will also be responsible in managing and retaining talent by creating a very supportive and enabling work environment and building an encouraging work culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Regular MBA (HR) from good MBA Colleges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Talent Acquisition across levels and functions.
- Lead and own the Talent Acquisition processs which includes working closely with Senior - Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, compensation negotiations and on-boarding.
- Partner with the business leaders to define talent priorities and drive short-term & long-term plans to achieve them.
- Supporting day-to- day operations as well as ongoing process improvement.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, engagement, performance, and retention strategies.
- Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the Talent Acquisition processes.
- Grievance Handling /Conduct people surveys
