- Introduce cost effective initiatives to reduce the cost of sourcing

- Managing new vendor empanelment and renewals with a focus to reduce no of active vendors

- Publishing analytical reports around talent acquisition initiatives and impacts

- Evaluate practices among competitors and Industry to improve talent acquisition policies & practices

- Use of technology / digitization and social media platforms to promote employer brand, sourcing talent & improving selection TAT.

- Effective vendor management process including engagement & R&R programs for them

- Driving employee referral program and ensure effectiveness
