Job Description :
- Human Resource planning with regard to the number, skills, experience, Core competency and position under the guidance of top management, Project Heads and Department Managers.
- Design and implement recruiting strategies using a multitude of sources like the internet, job fairs, print advertising, head hunting, placement agencies.
- Interviewing candidates, validating resumes and short-listing potential candidates on the basis of authenticity of experience, skill set combination and credentials.
- Post selection accountabilities include selling ideas to the candidates, holding objections, convincing, negotiations, reconciling the differences if any between the management and the candidates.
- Recruitment, selection and placement of right people for the right job at the right time across the company and ensure the positions are filled in a timely manner by cultivating sources and contacts
- Maintain and update the Resource database continuously
