Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Your key responsibilities :
1. Leading the Talent charter across domains (Tech and non-Tech), verticals and levels including Leadership/niche hiring.
2. Driving metrics of Talent acquisition along with Talent budgeting, Manpower planning, and allocation.
3. Working closely with CXO's on their requirement and being in touch with senior talent in the Industry, reaching out for candidates in Top Product/consumer internet Companies and pitching the role.
4. Vendor management/evaluation on regular basis.
5. Keeping yourself updated on market/Industry trends.
