About client:
Our client is an online music streaming service company and is looking to hire a Lead Talent Acquisition. The role is based in Mumbai and reports to the AVP, Global Human Resources
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Regularly partner and work with key business stakeholders and respective HRBPs on manpower planning, hiring requirements and recruitment process
- Ideate, implement and execute best in-class initiatives for sourcing, screening and interviewing processes to attract top talent
- Streamline and standardize recruitment process to comply as per the audit requirements and industry best practices
- Maintain hiring dashboard and report KPIs like Hiring TAT, Hiring Costs, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios
- Lead campus hiring initiatives for tech roles and management internships by partnering with top institutes and ensuring regular engagement
- Develop and maintain strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles
As a successful candidate:
- You come with 5-10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing product-based organization
- Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute with passion for talent acquisition
- Preferable expertise in tech and media hiring domain
- Proficient in reporting recruitment dashboards, manpower planning, costing and budgeting exercise
