Desired :
- Great understanding of talent requirements in E-commerce or Consumer Internet industry
- Minimum of 5+ years' of experience in similar roles in start-ups / technology product organizations or partners to such organizations
- Understanding of these primary functions for managing various positions -Sales / Marketing / Product / Finance / HR / Operations etc.
R&R :
- Develop recruitment strategy
- Ability to mentor, manage, lead and review performance of recruiters
- Analyse industry hiring trends and devise/execute plans for getting the best talent on-board
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver with defined SLA- s
- Prepare TA Metrics Dashboards and analyse recruitment trends to come up with recruitment plan and ensure effective execution
- Assist in Employer Branding
- Partner with Executive Search firms and vendors to assist the organization in realizing hiring needs
