Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - BFSI

ROLE:

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Group of a leading Bank, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of internal and external talent acquisition activities for assigned businesses

In addition, this role will continue to lead the innovation and standardization of best practice in talent acquisition by looking at ways to further streamline our processes, continuously improve our sourcing and assessment and selection strategies.

Other key responsibilities will be:

1. Recruitment strategy:

Input into job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing and recruitment campaign planning.

2. Internal and external hiring:

To assist with recruitment efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles) and to identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles.

3. Identify future talent needs:

- Proactively recruiting and sourcing; developing the talent pool using HRMS and LinkedIn.

- Manage the recruitment process and life cycle: From candidate identification, assessments, interviews, and offers.

4. Talent insights:

Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention, including analysis of assessment reports and sharing insights with hiring managers.

5. Digital recruitment:

Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Use HRMS for applicant tracking through the selection phase through to onboarding.

6. Campus program:

Manage our campus program and, where applicable, participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
