Looking to hire a Manager/ Senior Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition practice for a renowed client in the manufacturing space. The role directly reports into the Founder of the company- - Driving the entire recruitment strategy from front- sourcing to onboarding, especially focused on leadership hiring mandates - Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Regional Manager and ensure active pipeline of candidates - Drive the ATS implementation with a strong focus on social media based hiring - Responsible for hiring 100-120 employees on a quarterly basis for the corporate office across functions - Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments The Successful Applicant : - Strong applied exposure of 5-10 years in Talent Acquisition - Strong functioning knowledge of ATS softwares, LinkedIn recruiter and headhunting, all three is a must - Ability to lead a team of 3-4 people
