Summary:

- Responsible for recruitment of the organization/Business Units/location.

- Responsible for Hiring Dev, Support & BA's in Investment Banking/Capital Market Domain.

- Should have strong commitment towards Process & Compliance.

- Ensure good Joining ratio & Turnaround time on the requirement assigned.

- Responsible for end to end recruitments.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Should have extensive experience on hiring Investment Banking/Capital market candidates through Job board, Networking, vendors & Referrals.

- Should be good in managing internal and external stake holders

- Should be good at Framing the job descriptions along with various functional heads

- Should have hands on experience in sourcing for skills like Murex, Asset control, SUMMIT/Formula Engine, Reference data, Calypso, Kondor plus, etc.

- Should be good in Mapping and Documenting all recruitment function processes.

- Should be responsible for initial short listing of profiles in accordance to the job requirements in hand, maintaining interview schedule process, finalizing the offer, preparing the offer and following up till joining.

- Must be a self - starter have positive attitude and able to handle the work pressure.

- Should possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Should be good at MIS and report generation.

- Should be in a capacity to train and build juniors.

- Should be good at multi-tasking.

- Should be flexible and good team player.

- Should possess good leadership skills.

- Strong competence in capacity/resource planning and demand forecasting

- Responsible for client engagement, staffing and fulfilment

- Responsible for understanding client resourcing needs and proactively plan ram-ups

- Coordinate with BU and Recruitment team across locations to fulfill the staffing needs

- Analyze candidate profiles from internal pool and conduct mapping of skills against the open demands

- Able to formulate sourcing plan for volume recruitments

- Good joining ratio track record and good candidate follow-up skills

- Should be good at managing team

Qualifications: Should be B.A./B.Com/B.Sc./BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDCA.

Experience: Should be with minimum of 10+ yrs of experience in Recruitments with 6+ in IT recruitment.
