We are looking for a Recruitment Manager / Senior Manager for Hyderabad location .
Span : 4-5 People
Preferably from Tier 1 Organizations
- Should have directly lead a team of 6-8 recruiters and managed volume hiring .
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet the business manpower needs within defined time lines.
- Capacity planning, scheduling and operations
- Critically examine the cost of recruitment and identify means to meet the target with minimum cost
- Brand and position the company in the market as a top employer in this industry with best practices
- Profiling based on data analysis
- Explore innovative hiring channels & should be able to do Competition mapping
- Responsible for vendor development and brand management
- Efficiently manage internal stake holders
- Effectively able to manage and deliver large hiring volume request at short notice.
- Should be highly proactive
- Independently drive the team to achieve goals.
- Good team management & interpersonal skills.
- Effectively plan the skill enhancement of the team members.
- Foresee early attrition & manage people crises.
- Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts
Skills :
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Can plan, prioritize and set expectations to ensure adherence to deadlines for self and staff.
- Excellent with MS office tools and should be able to manage MIS with ease.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to new development environments and changing business situations.
- Negotiation skills
