Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Regularly partner and work with key business stakeholders and respective HRBPs on manpower planning, hiring requirements, and recruitment process

- Ideate, implement, and execute best-in-class initiatives for sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to attract top talent

- Streamline and standardize recruitment process to comply as per the audit requirements and industry best practices

- Maintain hiring dashboard and report KPIs like Hiring TAT, Hiring Costs, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios etc.

- Lead campus hiring initiatives for tech roles and management internships by partnering with top institutes and ensuring regular engagement

- Develop and maintain strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles

- Drive employer branding initiatives on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc to attract top candidates and position as preferred employer

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7-12 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing product-based organization

- Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute with passion for talent acquisition

- Preferable expertise in tech and media hiring domain

- Experience in managing business stakeholders and recruitment vendors

- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral

- Proficient in reporting recruitment dashboards, manpower planning, costing and budgeting exercise

- Must have strong screening, negotiation and closing skills

- Should be able to deliver effective results within timelines

- Should collaborate effectively within team and maintain consistent communication
