We are looking for Manager / SM Talent Acquisition for one of the esteemed Healthcare organization - a market leader for over a century, based in Hyderabad.
Role Overview:
As the Manager / SM, Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent for our organization. We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in executive search within the tech leadership domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize your expertise in the executive search industry to identify and engage with top-tier candidates for tech leadership roles.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates alike.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our talent acquisition processes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in executive search, with a focus on tech leadership hiring.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
