We are looking out for Manager / Senior Manager - HR Talent Acquisition with Top Brand for Rajasthan circle - Jaipur location.

This is a pure talent acquisition role.

Roles & Responsibility :

- End to end recruitment and selection process to fulfil the manpower needs, bulk hiring.

- Finalizing the Job Description. Job publishing & Resume solicitation from the portals and internal reference. Driving consultants for right candidatures. Salary negotiations and fitment finalization.

- Vendor Management.

- Planning & strategizing monthly, daily and weekly recruitment activities with Vendors.

- Setting targets, monitoring partner performance and sharing time to time feedback.
