This company is an asset backed online lending start up, which is disrupting the traditional brick-and-mortar lending model. With substantial funding from leading PE investors, it is headquartered in Bengaluru with offices presently in Chennai and Hyderabad, and with pan India expansion planned in the short term.
Responsibilities:
- The role will be responsible to drive the Talent Acquisition agenda for company including Sales, Feet on Street and Ops teams across regions.
- This will entail volume / bulk hiring with the goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent across levels (entry level to mid management)
- Be responsible for managing and developing existing and new innovative channels of recruitment.
- Conceptualizing, designing and implementing hiring strategy
- Partnering with business on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with business / stakeholders through proactive communication and commitment to understanding the services and needs of the assigned business lines.
- Planning targets, monitoring proper implementation of the hiring plan and achieving the overall hiring target on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in adherence to the set standards.
- Refining and managing consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process that support positive candidate experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6-8 years - experience in HR / TA
- Candidates with 3-4 years - experience at an early stage start-up desired
- MBA in HR will be a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR / TA best practices in the industry
- Ability to build and lead a team
