Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition
- Partner with business to ensure fulfillment of manpower requirements within specified TAT.
- To manage all recruitments through online system.
- Manage sourcing through Job Portals and interview scheduling independently.
- Conduct induction program
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Goal and Performance Management for specified teams.
- Exit and Attrition Management
- Ensuring regular connect with new joinees and employees
- Detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all employees by maintaining positive employee relations and proactive communication.
3. Drive Employee Engagement and Talent Management
- Implement Engagement and Health & Wellness activities in the region
- Review Individual Development Plans of employees
- Coordinating implementation of RnR program
- Drive employee engagement scorecard action planning for managers
