Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Consumer Durable

Looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition for a consumer durable giant based at Gurgaon.

- Preferably from Shared Service or Sales Hiring background

- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Marketing, Corporate, R&D vertical the person should have hands experience on sourcing.

- Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, experienced candidates through Internal Job Postings, Referrals, networking, mapping, LinkedIn & retained searches

- Meeting deadlines (within SLA) without compromising quality norms in terms of talent hiring
