The Job Profile :
- Accountable for the development of a talent search, resourcing strategy by analyzing market, talent availability, trends and competitor data and mapping the industry.
- One of the key attributes will be strong "Consulting & Research skills". Significant " Consulting experience managing talent acquisition from top executive search firms ".
- Work cohesively within the Talent Acquisition team along with hiring managers/stakeholders to assist in ongoing recruitment efforts. Recruit, keeping in mind the highest quality & fitment standards & proactively develop talent pools/ talent communities to dip into when hiring is in full swing.
Skills :
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open positions. Able to show specific examples of applying a variety of sourcing techniques.
- A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity.
- Conduct initial phone screens and participate in interviews for mid to senior level roles in assigned making use of appropriate tools such as a behavioral interview guide and working to agreed selection criteria.Develop knowledge and experience of competitors, market intelligence and trends in recruitment.
