The Role would be a part of the Talent Acquisition COE, responsible for leading Talent Acquisition COE interfaces for all Non-Technology Businesses & Corporate Functions operating under organisation - including FSSC, HRSSC, ICO, VSEM and Corporate Services. The role would drive Governance, Hiring Strategy, key TA Agendas and initiatives for the Businesses/Functions, in order to have a robust Talent Acquisition framework which is scalable and sustainable.
Talent Acquisition COE Interface:
- Ensure Process Adherence, Governance and SLA bound delivery through the HRSSC Liaise with Business for creation and deployment of long & short term operating plans.
- Resourcing Branding & innovative strategies for fulfilment
- Provide workforce as per business requirements and within defined timelines
- Manage pertaining Recruitment Costs and Budgets
- Act as a Business enabler by providing inputs/ recommendations on Talent Mapping and Availability in external market
