- Managing key stakeholder relationships and strategize to attract the best talent.
- Competency Mapping and develop Assessment and selection methodologies
- Managing supplier relationships, budgets and compliances.
- Employer Branding ; Build and execute plans to increase the visibility of the organization
- Partner with business leaders in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs.
