Job Description :

- Drives recruitment strategy for leadership / top management level hiring in India.

- Should be hands on experience in handling IT and corporate function hiring.

-Strong in Executive search and market mapping for Senior management hiring.

- Developing and delivering innovative talent acquisition strategies.

- Managing key stakeholder relationships and strategize to attract the best talent.

- Competency Mapping and develop Assessment and selection methodologies

- Managing supplier relationships, budgets and compliances.

- Employer Branding ; Build and execute plans to increase the visibility of the organization

- Partner with business leaders in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs.
