Roles and Responsibilities : - He/She would be responsible for Retail Assets Hiring for South Zone. This will include hiring for Sales, Collection, Credit, Operations & Customer Service domain from entry level to Zonal Manager level roles. - Stakeholder Management would be an important part. He/She will have to keep track of all stakeholders requirements & ensure to close them on priority. He/She will have to support stakeholders in identifying suitable candidates wherever required. - Vendor Management is another critical part. He/She will have to identify potential vendors, assign positions to them & get the closures done within timeline. Keeping track of closures from vendors & vendor invoice payment will be his/her responsibility. - Maintaining MIS of South Zone requirements. This will help him/her as well as TA-Head Retail Assets to keep track of all requirements. Further this will help in weekly recruitment review. - Closing positions within TAT is very important & crucial from business perspective. He/She will have to ensure that all requirements are addressed & closed as per SLA. - Candidates screening, taking HR interview, offer negotiation, offer closure, pre-joining & post-joining documentation, candidates onboarding etc will have to be managed by him/her for South Zone. Desired Candidate Profile : - This is an individual contributor role. A highly motivated, self driven, passionate Talent Acquisition professional having 6-8 years of experience in TA field is what we are looking for. - He/She should have worked handled volume hiring. Someone with an experience of closing 75-100 offers every month would be an idle fit for this position. - He/She should have good communication skills. Stakeholder management/Vendor management should be a key aspect of his/her current profile. - Candidates currently associated with Banking/NBFC industry would be an idle choice for this role. - He/She should have good system knowledge.
