Job Description:
- The role holder is responsible for managing the Strategic Business of ( relationship size > Rs. 5 Cr.) for the location, with a view to maximize profitability, increase market share, improve operational efficiency and enhance client relationship
- Business Outcomes
- Liaison with Zonal and State managers to formulate the strategies for sourcing businesses and accordingly detail-out the business plan for the financial year
- Expertise in Asset Finance, Financial Analysis, Working Capital Analysis, Project Analysis of MSME Sector, Mid-Corporate, Retail customer segments
- Build networks and strategic alliances with manufacturers, dealers to drive business development, profitability and productivity of Strategic business
- Maintain and enhance relations with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity, growth and collections; expand share of wallet from key customers
- Identify other new business opportunities such as new products, cross sell initiatives, partnerships etc to drive market penetration
- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new
- Drive process and system improvements to improve the TAT
- Build strong customer service platform and processes to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries
