- Drive the key metrices of business including subscriber base and watch time from existing and new partnerships.
- Lead partnership on-boarding, identify, and implement the right customer journeys, and provide regular status reports as required.
- Oversee technical integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and providing inputs from partners to the technology and product teams.
- Research the market and Identify opportunities to expand the business footprint in different geographies.
- Lead marketing and demand initiatives that help improve product visibility in the market and ensure partner success.
- Assist the management with pricing and product mix decisions.
- Analyze customer consumption and behavior to come up with actionable insights.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome business risks, and produce reports for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Exposure to leading OTT metrices.
- Exceptional number crunching and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- BE/Graduate from reputed Institute/University along with MBA.
