One of the leading global research company is looking out for Strategic Alliances Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Own and drive program launches from ideation to GTM
- Market Research for identification of opportunities
- Cold call/Meet potential partners as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Partner Profiling - Prospect for potential new partners and turn this into increased business
- Identification of potential Strategic Alliances (Brokers, Banks, payment Banks, NBFCs, Digital partners, Microfinance Institutions etc.)
- Analyzing the potential of the partner and devising a structured approach towards converting the same to a closure
- Must be confident in independently setting up meeting and communicating with senior decision makers
- Preparation of a Pitch Document (& business case) and Presentations to Prospective Partners
- Handholding on-boarding of a Partner within the system
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique proposition for alliances
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing)
- At least 2 years of experience in the Indian BFSI in a similar role
- Understanding and knowledge of FinTech Industry
Other Knowledge & Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills (proficient)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven track record of prospecting and business development
