Manager/Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances & Affinity Sales - General Insurance Broking

Position:

Manager/ Sr Manager-Strategic Alliances & Affinity Sales (Leading General Insurance Broking Company)

Role:

- Will be responsible for building strategic alliances along with expansion strategies for the Institutional Business

- Identifying affinity business fitment clients (B2B2C) and designing programs by assessing gaps and leveraging mutual synergies

- Create Financial Models and Revenue Projections to gauge viability of an alliance

- Overseeing various partner launches from conceptualization to completion

- Active engagement with partners and leadership to continuously improve attachment rates, examine market trends and examine product lines, and also establish and implement strategic marketing and sales programs

- Successfully led and developed high growth and innovative projects

Requirements:

 Experience - 3-9 yrs

- Should have experience in Strategic Alliances/ Affinity Sales in a General Insurance Company or a General Insurance Broking Company

- Should have experience in B2B2C Sales
