About Process : This is the M&A process. It deals with financial due diligence which is done by analyzing the financial and historical data. It also include the analysis of financial transactions to project the future financial performance of the company.This Team does the financial statement analysis,Ratio Analysis and due diligence.

Profile :

It's a Multidimensional role with people management (5-10 Member which includes CA's /MBAs/ CFAs),Global Client Management, Project Management, Stakeholder management, Business development being a part of it.

Job role include Global travelling
