We are hiring for Statistical Programming role at manager and senior manager level for a Pharma company.
Essential Function :
- The Senior Manager is responsible for the oversight of a team of high level individual contributors or a group of Managers. This includes ensuring successful delivery of his/her organization's project deliverables, on time with high quality.
- The Senior Manager is responsible to resource client projects suitably developed professionals and to retain and develop these professionals within Organization.
- The Senior Manager may also be part of a project team and be responsible for successful delivery of his/her own project deliverables, on time with high quality.
- The Senior Manager is responsible to promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations as appropriate. The Senior Manager is responsible to provide expertise and consultation to project teams.
- The Senior Manager is an experienced leader capable of working independently, under supervision of the Director or Sr. Director.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing 15+ team members for at least 4+years
- Prior extensive hands on SAS experience is a must for this role.
- Demonstrated hands-on prior experience in Statistical Programming (TLF/SDTM/ADAM) for clinical trails
- Good communication & Project management skills
- Background in Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics Preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a full workload across multiple-projects.
- Ability to manage Managers.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (including experience in making presentations at conferences, meetings, training sessions).
- Ability to lead a - virtual- global team as required.
- Outstanding negotiation and organizational skills.
- Client focused approach to work.
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook.
