Manager/Senior Manager - Spare Parts Warehouse - OEM Manufacturing Firm

Urgent Require Manager / Sr. Manager Spare Parts Warehouse, at Haryana (OEM Manufacturing).

Education: B.Tech/ B.E

Experience: 12-20 Years

Experience background: Candidate must have experience in Spare Parts Warehouse handling.

Job Essentials (All below points are must):

Looking for a person to handle the warehouse operations in an efficient manner

1. Responsible for end-to-end warehouse activities -Inbound /mid-bound /out-bound.

2. Sound knowledge of 3 PL handling as per agreed KPI

3. Maintain inventory accuracy as per company norms

4. Fulfilment of EHS compliance

5. Fulfilment of legal metrology acts and all relevant compliances related to warehousing - GST, legal, labour. etc.

6. Sound knowledge of transportation to achieve the desired metrics

7. Handle Milk run operations

8. To optimise the packing costs.

9. To ensure zero downtime for all material handling equipment's.

10. To handle all the statutory audits being conducted from time to time.

11. Adequate knowledge of Warehouse management systems/ERP -SAP knowledge preferred

12. Adequate knowledge of Transport management systems

13. Address customer complaints and resolve them thru proper RCA /CAPA thereafter.

14. Warehouse asset and layout planning for better efficiency.

15. Impart training to the team members
