Designation : Manager/Sr. Manager | Social Media | Kotak Mahindra Bank
Reporting to : AVP
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Grade: M3/M4
Key deliverables:
- To work on the strategy & own execution for social media channels of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
- To help develop and sustain brand value & reputation for Kotak in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
- Track competitor activity on social media, and stay up-to-date with new trends and changes in the social media space
- Manage social media agencies & execution of campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
- Identify opportunities & develop strategies for enhancing customer engagement and advocacy for Kotak Bank through social channels.
- Working in conjunction with internal & external stakeholders to enhance digital persona for Kotak Bank
- Responsible for ORM monitoring & deliverables for Kotak Bank & other group companies.
- Managing official Kotak Bank profiles on social networking platforms with strict adherence to brand guidelines
