Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and own the brand- Increase brand awareness and brand love for the brand in a consistent manner

- Set up brand guideline framework and ensure all content (text, images, videos) are as per guidelines, consistent in tone and messaging and optimized for search and user experience on all paid and organic channels

- Oversee the social media charter for the brand

- Understand and build channel-specific content strategy (app, blog, social media, influencer marketing etc) to support online marketing initiatives by improving channel performance and creating brand awareness

- Partner closely with the advertising, media, performance marketing teams to for creative

- Ensure right messaging through the use of research, direct data, A/B testing

- Campaign design from brief creation to communication development and tactical execution - Create and own content calendar in sync with the inputs from marketing team members and ensure content is as per the schedule and is compelling enough to improve CTR

- Periodic and seasonal evaluations of Cleartrip's brand awareness and planning to build the same on an ongoing basis.

- Own the marketing/ communications calendar

- Improve content conversion outcomes using performance data and improvement experiments (A/B on images, description & title meta, placement, platform, type of widget, design)

- Drive the consumer sentiment across all online platforms

- Work closely with influencers and content creators to create compelling content and drive engagement across platforms

We are looking for:

- A Brand Communication enthusiast who can drive the content and social media strategy, working in tandem with external agency partners and internal stakeholders.

- Strong Customer Orientation - Puts the customer at the beginning, center & end of every decision. Someone who can help distill and bring forth deep consumer insights to complex business problems

- Research Orientation: Showcases problem oriented and critical thinking. Adapts a research-based approach to problems and understands industry best practices.

- Creative Appreciation: Able to choose the winning creative/idea among a group of ideas based of a mix of technical knowledge and intuition.

- Ability to translate complex business and consumer tasks into brand propositions with deep consumer connect.

- Understanding of ecommerce and the customer funnel from awareness to purchase is good to have

- Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and deep understanding of using digital and traditional channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.

- Be comfortable with creative, analytical and business dimensions of marketing.

- Comfortable to strategize and execute large scale branding and marketing communication campaigns.

- Think about brand beyond communication and develop a holistic brand experience from pre-booking to after post-booking experience across consumer touch points.

- Minimum 5-6+ years of experience in a core brand management/ communication/ content/ social media profile

- Preferably having managed a complete brand development lifecycle.
