Job Description: As a Manager/ Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Understand client's business requirements in terms of outsourcing needs, current processes and business scope.

- Leading the team for providing thought leadership to help on projects, proposals and RFIs.

- Developing and testing business processes, target operating models for shared services, outsourcing strategy and its implementation.

- Helping clients with assessment planning, process transition, knowledge transfer and process re engineering.

- Mentor and groom junior consultants and analysts within the team.

The Successful Candidate : As the Successful Applicant, you will be:

- An CA/MBA from IIMs/ Top Institutes Globally with atleast 7 to 12 years of relevant experience working with a consulting firm (Big 4/ Global Firms).

- Strong experience working in outsourcing environment with consulting firms for shared services and outsourcing projects for assessment planning, service management, target operating model design and business transformation etc.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with proven track record of success.

- Willingness to travel globally on projects for (40% to 60% travel might be required).
