Job Description :
- Experience in Acquisitions/Collections Behavior Risk Scorecards development with programming in SAS, SQL, R & VBA
- Candidate should have 2-3 years Machine Learning modeling experience (GBM, Random Forest, XGBOOST)
- Should have 2-3 years- experience of leading high performing modeling team
- With good communication and presentation skills
- Strong creative/innovative skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Candidate must have Machine Learning modeling experience (preferably in Banking and Financial Services)
- The basic responsibilities of the individuals will be :
1. Developing behavioral risk scorecards using Machine Learning Techniques
2. Gathering requirements, discussions with internal and external stakeholders
3. Presenting deliverables to senior stakeholders
