- 8-15 years of experience working with Retail Analytics in a business environment.

- Exposure / understanding of Statistical Modeling (SAS tool) in Retail / Marketing Analytics vertical.

- Ability to create new ideas for statistical solutions to customer's business issues.

Should be self- motivated and have capability to mentor juniors.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SAS tool

- Exposure to handle large amount of data is a plus.
