This Opportunity is with an FMCG Company PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibility Area Functions : SAP IBP Implementation and stabilizatioan - To ensure the timely rollout of IBP. - Ensure timely execution of plans on a monthly/weekly level on an ongoing basis. S&amp;OP : - Lead the collaborative S&amp;OP discussions with all key stakeholder functions i.e., marketing, sales, and finance. - To lead the Supply Review discussions with Manufacturing and Procurement. - Drive optimal sourcing strategy through the lowest total delivered cost. - Ensure planning timelines Adherence every month Planning and Analysis : - To analyze the output and identify the constraints to for planners to resolve. - Ensure timely execution of plans in the system. - Evaluate and implement improvements in the design and tool on an ongoing basis. S&amp;OE&nbsp;: - Monitor Production plans and drives adherence. - Identify capacity expansion requirements and work with manufacturing for timely execution. - Driving the KPIs of availability at the CFA-SKU level. Master Data Management: - Driving the maintenance of all master data through all functions. - Identify areas of improvement of master data to improve the planning output. IT Initiatives&nbsp;: - Lead the IT initiatives in Supply Chain and Operations - Identify the gaps and areas where adoption can be increased.
