Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Responsible for capability building for the entire sales force which includes Regional Sales Manager, Sales Managers, Sales Officers and Distributors Sales team. - Identification of training and development needs for sales force in consultation with various Sales Head and management. - Development of training programs, content (functional &amp; behavioral) for the sales force based on individual and organizational needs. - Responsible for formulating monthly training calendar for the sales force and execution of the same across different geographies. - Conducting Train the Trainer program to develop in house capabilities and tracking the progress of the trainers. - Evaluate, measure, collect and track training effectiveness data and performance metrics for continuous improvement. - Developing and implementing assessment mechanism for performance review of sales force. Qualification MBA Personal Characteristics - Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize in a highly fast-paced environment. - Significant experience in managing continuous process manufacturing plant. - Demonstrated analytical, communications and problem solving skills. - Demonstrated acumen in project management, leading in a collaborative nature, managing multiple priorities and strategic thinking needed. - Strong communication, liaisoning &amp; interpersonal skills. - Smart, proactive, go-getter and willing to take initiatives. - Able to build relationships and partnership. - Robust execution capability.
