Position Summary To drive product in the market with the support of Sales & also work closely with technology team to give them feedback about the market, products & competitions & update with customer requirements in order to bridge the gap, if any.
Reporting Officer Administrative responsible to Business Manager; Functionally to : Head Technology Reported by All regional technical service team for a product group
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for development by understanding market requirements.
- Provide support for product and market development, act as channel for market requirement
- To assist technology team in designing new products or modifying existing products by communicating market needs, gaps in present products, press conditions, machine configurations, etc.
- Provide support to establish product in the market by conducting trails, give feedback on trial results to technology, enabling them to make changes.
- To generate new business from new & existing accounts with help of local sales and technical service team. Assist regional sales team to offer suitable products to customer after understanding requirement and present product available.
- Provide support to regional sales service team to understand & resolve ink/press chemical/machine related problems.
Press Audit of customer site ,press standardization :
- Value added for customer Support/ Color Matching at customer site at ink kitchens

- External stakeholders, Customers and Internal Technical & sales team
