Roles & Responsibilities
- For the initial 3 years, the incumbent will be given assignment in Product Management, Marketing and Sales function. They will also be provided intensive exposure to domain specific knowledge.
- The combination of some of the areas from the above functions is as follows:
- Product Management, market research, product launch, product positioning, market strategy, participation in marketing events, digital marketing, GTM, funnel management, presales, direct and sales through partners.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Further to 3 years, an individual may be consigned to managing the business end to end at International locations as a Country Manager/ Product Manager/ Centre of Excellence (COE) Leader at one of the Geographies.
Prerequisites
MBA, 6-8 years of experience in Sales.
