- To work on the field and generate sales thru leads or referrals, channel sales. - To take complete ownership of the given revenue and sales target. - Plan short and medium term strategy for lead generation - Should have good presentation and communication skills - Need to acquire customers thru need based selling, clear and ethical communication - Ensure concept is sold first that the whole process is a customer delight - Participate in overall marketing and launch strategy along with potential customer engagement - Person with minimum 5-10 years- of experience directly dealing with customers building relationship, patient, good mannerism, empathetic with good family background. - Ability to sell a concept and be sensitive to customers- needs and expectations. Person who has been selling long gestation products and concept - Must be able demonstrate clear communication and presentation skills in order to actively participate in discussions - Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player at all levels. Should have been ethical in his dealings with a proven track record of building relationships. - Strong result orientation, process alignment/adherence with customer centricity is a must
