Business Development Senior Manager (M/F) - Adview
Job Description:
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as building upon our existing business segments.
- Candidates from the same work domain/experience are preferable only. They should have worked in ad exchange Industry.
Responsibilities :
- Identifying and onboarding relevant SUPPLY partners like direct publishers etc.
- Liasoning with existing partners at various levels including but not limited to operational, contractual, product level etc.
- Monitor the overall health of various partnerships by tracking key reports and KPI metrics
- Working with internal teams and lending BD support to successfully execute new projects.
- Mapping competition and the ecosystem to discover and assess relevant opportunities.
- You influence decisions through product and sales analysis being a thought leader on all aspects of the business.
- You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth.
Our Requirements:
- 4-7 years professional experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business or similar from a top university
- Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/requirements, end to end
- An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company
- Team player as well as ability to work independently
- High attention to details
- Extremely organised, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
- Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics
Salary Offered : 6-10 LPA
