Urgent Opening for Sales Program Manager for No.1 Telecom MNC  Location : Guwahati  CTC Offered: 15 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs  Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager  Candidate MUST be an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute  Experience Required : 4 years to 7 years  Candidates with CTC below 12 Lakhs NEED NOT apply.  Industry Preferred :Telecom, FMCG, FMCD, Retail  Maximum Age : 31 years  PLEASE go through the Job Description below before applying :  Job Details :  Role purpose :  - The Sales Program Manager has two fold responsibilities - to assist in unlocking business potential in relatively unexplored rural areas as well as to build a sales capability center of excellence at the Circle  - The Role will report directly to Sales Head.  Essence Of Role - Key Accountability :  - To drive distribution network and infrastructure expansion across all zones by assisting the zonal distribution leads in new channel partner identification & appointment, UAO/ URO expansion  - To lead and ensure deployment of common sales practices across all zones - ensuring standardization of processes followed by channel partners, contract sales force and Company's sales force  - To build organisation capability by evaluating training needs, allocating budget, conducting various training programs like train-the-trainer, product knowledge training and Sales Management Process training and supervising training MIS  Strategic :  - Finalize rural distribution strategy jointly with Circle Sales Head, in line with circle / corporate guideline of expansion  - Plan human resource deployment and development for distribution expansion  - Plan and allocate budget for training sessions including cost monitoring and optimization  - Assist in training need identification and design monthly or quarterly training calendar   - Improve processes through cross functional interactions  Operational :  - Increase distribution expansion by increasing distributors, ADs, in addition to unique retail outlets and unique activation outlets  - Launch coverage sites month on month and monitor progress of unique retail outlets and unique activation outlets  - Develop standardised process for partner appointment and partnership models  - Develop and deploy common sales practices & policies for the distribution channel - across all infrastructural points (channel partners, offroll sales staff onroll sales staff etc)  Developmental :  Organize trainings : - induction of new Sales force, train-the trainer program on product knowledge, Sales Management (documentation) Process training for the account managers  - Upgrade training content like sales kit, product manuals etc.  - Evaluate training effectiveness through written tests, FOS productivity track sheets.  - Supervise administration of training MIS.  - Coordinate availability of training material and with administration or other agencies for program set-up  Responsible and accountable to :  - Increased penetration - achieve targeted reach and access in new areas  - Achieve targeted gross acquisitions and revenue  - Achieve enhance productivity with effective trainings  - Ensure constantly upgraded training content  - Efficient allocation of Budget for training programs  - Enhance access and reach of sales retail touch points in uncovered areas  - Ensure customer satisfaction  - Build and develop the sales capability of the organization (based on understanding of best practices) - Identify and conduct relevant trainings  - Maintain employee attrition at an agreed level  Financial Dimensions :  - Responsible for achieving revenue and increasing the market share  - Responsible for maintaining the Net ARPU  - Responsible for Budgeting and Costing of development programs  Non Financial Dimensions :  - Driving a customer focused approach and customer satisfaction  - Setting up systems and processes and driving business strategy by market segments so as to attain market leadership  - Account penetration   - Employee satisfaction; Deployment and development administration  Key Challenges of the Job :  - Maintaining acquisition market share while achieving revenue targets, in a market scenario of:  - Increasing focus on servicing rural markets  - Increasing competition and ARPU pressures  - A complex regulatory environment  Interested Candidates Please Call @ Sayan 8981508357
