Role Description:

Looking for General/Life Insurance Professionals to join Business Operations Team. The Successful candidate will manage the transactions and operations with respect to insurance and will have opportunity to interact closely with key teams in Insurance companies.

Job Description:

- Complete ownership to develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at a national level (insurance companies), critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.

- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives

- Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Insurance Partners

- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients

- Support, develop and execute the firm's strategies towards driving maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and thereby forming conclusions.

Competencies:

- Has been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target achievement and Rating

- Has handled a team

- Previous exposure to Insurance is required, digital / online channel may be an advantage

- Open to relocating to Chennai

- Has shown appreciable job stability of 2+ years in past, in the same organization.

Desired Skills:

- MBA degree.

- 3+ years experience in General/Life Insurance with exemplary track record in Sales, Channel Management, Business Development.

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance

- Strong Analytical skills with good command over Excel
