Moreover, the entire group has expanded its footprint to over 25 countries through strategic joint ventures, partnerships, and alliances.

About the job:

Company is looking for smart, passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented Insurance sales professional preferably from an Insurance aggregator company.

As an Insurance Sales Manager, your primary role will be to drive the growth of the company's insurance products both Life & General Insurance. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential clients for insurance products.

- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through effective prospecting.

Needs Analysis:

- Conduct thorough assessments of 'clients' insurance requirements.

- Analyze risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Tailored Presentations:

- Develop and deliver presentations tailored to address specific insurance needs.

- Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, and coverage options.

Negotiation and Proposal:

- Engage in negotiations to ensure competitive and comprehensive insurance proposals.

- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to clients.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Policy Implementation:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.

- Address any concerns or queries from clients during the onboarding process.

Market Awareness:

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

- Utilize market knowledge to position the company's insurance products effectively.

Sales Reporting:

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

- Collaborate with the sales management team to analyze performance and strategize for improvement.

Desirables:

- Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them

- Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance/loans/real estate products

- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

- Close execution of approved policies to new clients and existing clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy

- Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events along with insurance domain partners

- Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports

- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

- Help businesses, individuals, and families select an insurance policy that best fits their needs

- Periodically reassess policy needs of clients.

- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss renewals or add-ons

- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage.

Preferred education/experience:

- 5-7+ years of experience in Life and General Insurance sales is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree with strong interpersonal skills.

Attributes:

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

- Strong analytical skills for assessing clients' risk profiles and recommending appropriate solutions.

- Adherence to ethical standards and compliance with insurance regulations.
