Role encompasses skills & experience in any / multiple of the following business lines / areas :- Roads & Tolling business
- Logistics Yard Management, Port Operations, RFID technology, Warehouse Management, OCR technology
- Lead CRM database, making sure all customer data is accurate and maintained
- Identify and maintain customer profile data, understand the main types of business customer and the best method to sell to them
- Organize and lead relevant personnel to confirm the requirements of customers
- Negotiate, review and responsible for the sales contracts
- Stay on the pulse of competitive products
- Account manage, handle complaints and information of unqualified products from customers, manage client feedback database and address with clients and internal teams ongoing
- Lead and provide pre-sale and after-sale services
- Responsible for the sales team daily management, help establish, supplement, develop and cultivate the sales team, stimulate the team strength and improve work efficiency.
- Drive sales with your own KPIs and managing KPIs for the sales team
- Strategically manage large accounts and make sure renewals take place
- Convert, upsell and cross-sell customers to other company products and services.

- Digital market knowledge and negotiation skills

- Creative and bold sales strategy
