Job Description: - Responsible for lead generation, opportunity development, solution presentation and acquisition of key & core customer accounts. - Reach out to clients for potential business opportunity through various sales and marketing channels (cold call, marketing conferences, reference etc.). - Drive execution of overall BD strategy in terms of solution offering, value proposition etc.to target potential customers. - Forecast sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline to generate revenue for the organization in the assigned territory. - Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Work closely with internal Delivery Teams and Business Support teams for solution designing to meet client needs. - Work on tenders from potential clients. - Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. - Farming existing accounts and grow business by upselling and cross selling company service offerings. - Manage and Mentor a team of Business Development Executives responsible for generation of new business opportunities - Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
