- The Sales HR Business Partner will have the responsibility for employees across sales functions and spread across Western Region. The incumbent will engage with regional business leaders to enable and impact business success.

- This role will also be responsible for anchoring employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning and talent acquisition. and strategic People Interventions

Key Responsibilities include :

- Review and analyze department level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

- Be abreast of latest trends in industry in terms of best-practices in HR and recommend improvements basis the same

- Coordinate the performance review & appraisal process.

Recruitment and On-Boarding:

- Coordinating with respective HOD's and identify positions to be filled up.

- Analyzing job requirements and prepare Job descriptions and specifications.

- Build reports to be presented to the top management.

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

- Manage on-boarding and induction for the new hires.

- Contributing in the annual headcount planning and budget exercise.

- Implementation of and keeping a track of the approved headcount plan as per the budget and planning.

- Loop back the feedback/ insights gained from analysis and interviews to identify areas of opportunity

- Track and follow through on agreed improvement areas

- Coordinate with concerned HOD's for various programs.

- Coordinate and align project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR initiatives.

- Regularly visiting various sales offices in the western region and interact with the employees.

- Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives.

- Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and work to address them.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective

- Creative insight and delivery of practical people solutions to meet business challenges

- Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems

- Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management

- Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

- Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills
