- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs
- Collaborating with Hiring managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies, and finalizing recruiting plans for sourcing potential talents
- Should be Talent advisor that stakeholders can reach to understanding talent availability and market intelligence
- Leverage deep recruiting expertise in implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with required skill sets to support business and growth objectives
- Deliver outstanding results within agreed SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the BU, talent experience
- Drive recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to draw insights and make the hiring process smarter and efficient
- Ability to leverage multiple channels including social media and digital to develop a high-quality pipeline of potential candidates
The candidate should be Graduate or MBA with rich experience in sales hiring and technical hiring from manufacturing/engineering/HVAC/Semiconductors/Electronics/Heating Ventilation Air conditioning/Industrial Products industries only
