Education: Food Tech, MBA or equivalent Degree

Location: Agra (UP).

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.

- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for new business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ingredient industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.

- Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and represent the company.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

- MBA from IIM or IMI, IMT or TAPMI or XIMB or likes with 3+ yrs of experience in Sales preferably in ingredients industry
